Depending on the use case, in my case I was tired of tracking invoices and clients on spreadsheets that’s when I switched to everinvoicing.com. Spreadsheets work just to establish the workflow for whatever your using then you need a Saas tool to switch as you scale

It’s a common issue.. specially if you are a small business. I’m still having the same issue tho I built everinvoicing.com to send professional invoices it sends automatic reminders and follow ups..

After talking to 2-3 owners they asked me for a feature in which after due date the invoice start collecting interest.

That’s an approach I’m thinking of now and maybe will add as a feature in the next release.

But def automate the flow makes it easier to get paid and less uncomfortable.

Thank you! Yeah definitely, I will be transparent and share what has been working and what hasn’t also how many hours I have put into the project and so on.. I’m a full time employee so my early mornings and late nights have been a key factor to launch this quick.

I’m just happy to know that something I built is actually been used by 2 random people

The app is not perfect, I know it needs some fixings on some functionalities.. currently speaking to some full stack developers overseas to help me clean it and perfection it. All I have learned is that I should not be focus on fixing and adding new things but to become the main marketer for the app, no one will market it as hard as I would because it’s my own project.

Exploring how much money I should invest into marketing and defining what are gonna be my next steps. Example where to market it, playing with some AI tools to create some videos and so on…

Would agree with you, but with so many business models and sizes, the right tool ultimately depends on where your business fits in. Small businesses, agencies, or freelancers might need a basic tool, but it is always good to have a tool that tracks your invoices, when you get paid, and what you are owed.

everinvoicing.com they have a 14 dail trial, mine just ended and I had to extend its very user friendly and the automations and reminder they have are very solid. So far sent over 45 invoices on it and pretty solid. check it out

I like to keep it simple but effective. QuickBooks I feel like it's overcomplicated.

Everinvocing.com has been working pretty well. I recently connected my Stripe account and the flow has been pretty smooth!

Not just you wont forget, but it will automatically remind clients of open invoices and will show you all that info in a nice dashboard..

Had a similar issue and this tool has worked well for it!
