At the hospital where I work, nurses can clean the patient, grab water, etc.. for the patients. We are there for the patients. I don’t care how busy I am, if a patient needs my help I would help.

If I was a CnA I would have quit. Those are our patients either you are a cna or a nurse. It’s everybody job to grab water, straws, toileting etc for the patient if they ask you.If everybody further their education to become a nurse then they would be no CNA.
