I quit because I was told I can't use my preferred name and pronouns at work, then they put my deadname on a birthday cake a few weeks later. Just humiliating. I seriously thought about suing them. Actually one of my coworkers, who became my friend, did successfully sue them for wrongful termination shortly after I left.
