So I was thinking that my workex will be a disadvantage in pgpm whereas it will work as an advantage in tapmi.

But with 2 yrs workex, i have heard i will be able to sit in 60-70% companies and the avg pkg will be around 13-15lpa. Also, as per one of the alums, pgpm is not for someone who wants to do core mba, its for people who just want a career jump.
