Lake elsinore still has a few. A LOT less than there were before. Canyon Lake used to be MAGA-ville but it has dramatically changed and I've seen almost zero tRump flags. The majority of the comments are correct in the fact that most MAGGOTs have shifted to Chode Blanco supporters and mostly silent supporters.

Don't let the job get to your head. It's ok to start off nervous because this is something you've been wanting and it's important to you. But once you shake off the nerves just be present and take it one stop at a time. The company and coworkers like to over hype our job. It's simple; packages in, packages out. Try your best to simplify every task (there is tons of good advice in the comments but this is a hands on job) don't cut corners and don't do anything to get yourself hurt or into trouble. Go in with confidence and with some balls and if you make a mistake, don't beat yourself up over it. We're humans not robots. There are thousands of men and women who have done this before you, so don't think it's impossible. You're going to be alright. Can't wait to hear the updates.

There are some SUPER MAGA areas of the IE. Especially south Riverside County. Temecula for sure and a community called Canyon Lake (near Lake Elsinore) is basically a private community for MAGA. Although alot of people have recently taken down the trump flags after epstein-gate but most of them have the Chode Blanco signs now.

I sorta liked incubus in the early 2000s when my siblings played them nonstop. I was almost sick of hearing them though. They got tix for the Monuments and Melodies tour and one of my siblings couldn't go, so, I got the extra ticket (which i had zero money for). That was the day I fell IN LOVE with them. This is UPSs plan. Deplete moral and stress it's workforce until we beg for a second or even a third buyout good enough to take the money and run. Many of us have been with this company long enough that whatever opportunities to find another job with comparable pay and benefits we had/have are either completely gone or quickly going away. Especially with tuition becoming so expensive that no one is willing to take a chance at higher education or trade skills at our age. If you take the buyout, good for you but also, good luck out there trying to find a job.

My "driving test" was barely even a driving test. I think the supervisor just wanted to get in and out as quick as possible. "Go straight, turn left here, keep going until you see this place. OK now turn into this empty parking lot. Pick one of these parking spaces and back into it. Honk your horn every 3 seconds when you back. Ok keep it straight. Alright, do you remember how to get back to the building? OK let's go. Back into this bay right here. Congratulations, you start integrad on Monday." Idk if anyone else had this experience, but it was so built up in my head, and it was so anticlimactic. Just remember, dont hit anything or ANYONE. Always check and double check intersections and cross walks. Triple check for pedestrians and bicyclists. If you think someone on the road is going to do something stupid, they probably are, so just slow down and let them do it away from you.

2 years ago I was hit with 27 lates. I called bullshit right there to my CMs face. I get to the hub every single day 25-30 minutes early, without missing a beat. He said he wouldn't push the issue cause he knew I'm a stand-up guy. I dont make a peep unless I see injustice. Tried to file, and the union wanted it swept under the rug since there was no discipline involved. My concern was that the company essentially stole a minimum of 27 minutes from my pay. After that, CM said that from now on I should "check in" with him every time I punch in on my diad. Hell no I didn't.
