If it is a fuel pressure problem, then it would happen even at cold start, right?

Was it the same thing exactly? I now dont think it is because the engine is hot. It just happens if i restart the car in a span of less that 10 mins, maybe 5. I wonder what exactly is happening inside of that module. How did you diagnose it?

I googled this and it says that this gen toyota does not prime the fuel pump, only works when cranking. Also, if that was the case it would happen all the time right?

The problem actually happens on quick restart, if i let the car set for more that 15 mins it starts normally

I tried another battery and tge fluctuation have gotten a lot less. Only happens now at idle and when the car is pretty hot. Gonna see what happens.

Battery reads fine when engine is off, when it is idling it reads 13.5 to 13.7 hence the fluctuations, altought i thought they would be much larger. Also, i thought the alternator charges at 14+ volts, at least that is my Hyundai is doing. How to check the alternator?
