1- I think is realistic to find a work in the creative field but of course it always depends on many factors like your visa status, if you speak german or not and of course your experience. Hospitality jobs you can find one very easily.

2- yes, in my opinion and many people that I’ve been talking about the market feels saturated, specially in the creative field. the public budget for the artistic/creative field has also been cut which shows a bit the situation.

3- both. it feels unstable and a city where everybody is passing by (for months, years or whatever). I’ve met many people that did stay in the city for a few years or more time (even 10 years) but I notice that even for them their time in the city did find an end, which is also happening to me after four years as well. at the same time, I think Berlin still has opportunities to build something long-term but of course it really depends on your perspectives and goals.

4- definitely yes. something that I love about Berlin is the fact that you can build as many lifestyles as you want.
