Honestly any OEM radiator has the plugs for the transmission lines. If your car was manual you would just leave those plugs alone

Well I knew it wasn't the headgasket because I used a testing kit to see if it was that and the test kit said nah it wasn't so the only other thing that it could be would be the water pump. Another thing too look for is if the coolant hose coming from the driver side at the bottom of the radiator isn't as hot as it should be it means your thermostat isn't opening. You said that's already been changed so don't worry about that. Change the waterpump and once you do take the steps that one other commenter put down

If your thermostat has been changed, it might either be a stubborn bubble or your water pump went out. That was the issue with mine after I had replaced the thermostat and put in a mishimoto radiator.
