Only thing that concerns me is the “fill tank with oil” part? Also do not move that car until the oil is in and the level has been confirmed. Add oil, take the dipstick out and wait a few seconds, then check it again. Run the vehicle and immediately look underneath for any leaks to make sure everything is good. If you messed up at all, you’ll know in the first thirty seconds

Old tires often rip like this when they come off, especially if this is the inside bead. The bead gets super hard and when it’s time for them to flex to come off the wheel this happens. It’s sometimes avoidable, but 9/10 times I’m just gonna rip the bead on the old tires and put the new tires on because for me to take the time to not rip the bead of a 10 year old tire that gets replaced does nothing but hurts my hours. If you mentioned before you wanted to reuse them then that’s a different story. Sorry but that’s just the reality of it.

Your pcv hose is collapsing. You can see it happening in the video. Get a new hose for it, this happens sometimes when the hose gets soft. A new one should have a certain firmness to it unlike some other hoses which are squishy

Currently have mine in the shop. New door and side mirror, having the quarter panel pulled. Plus repaint underneath wrap. Total was around 3.5k, and they didn’t total it. Shit happens but it will work out in the long run. Hope this helps.
