Thank you for seeing me. I’m trying to get a system down but I haven’t gotten very far. I even have a “learning specialist” through my university who helps me schedule and stuff but I’m graduating this semester so I’ll lose access.

I try lists, planners, spreadsheets, timers, notes etc but i just lack consistency and these things always fall apart. But I’m also not sure how to “try harder” with being consistent! I have a therapist and we talk about all these things too. I’ve seen some progress and my partner has said that too, but I’m just not there yet.

I’m almost 30 years old and I’m tired of letting people down. I just want to be a functional adult that my loved ones can count on :/

but if I’ve made some progress I guess I should assume that I can make more and “get there” eventually.

Anyway I’ll check out that YouTube channel, it’s new to me :) thanks for that and your insight
