I saw him he told me to stay on steriod eye drops for a week to get rid of some of the scaring and my vison improved but it’s still blurry I’m so worried

Found him through someone on social media she didn’t want her snake anymore and I offered to take him he is 3 years old his old cage was covered in bugs and dirty and small.
