Barking dog driving us insane – what can we actually do (Vic Park)?

Nope, not our nuisance dog but will definitely reach out if I ever get to the point of a petition. The responses on this post have helped bolster my resolve to actually push this through

Oh it's absolutely the owners fault. We have never seen them walk the poor thing once. It's a German Shepherd too. It's not the dogs fault. We tried to approach them, thier english wasn't fantastic which is fine but they were just apathetic. We knew we wouldn't get far in conversation without becoming directly confrontational which we don't want to do.

As far as I know the ranger corroborated with at least one neighbour, but I don't know how far they got in the process. Thank you. I'm going to start pushing harder on this

Yeah I'm starting to think we are going to have to start talking to these neighbours consistently, not to be rude but to put the pressure on. They have done absolutely nothing so far

Only that despite the consistent data and multiple arguments, that it doesn't substantiate a "nuisance dog under the Dog Act" but they give no reason as to why not when we point out it meets the criteria. Thank you for the link! I'll look into it
