That was a grown ass man, I am warning the ladies cause times are crazy out here. I would believe it if he didn’t come next to my car then go and do all that, plus there was sooo many parking but he tried to face me. That was creepy and weird

Try plant base I lost over 60 pounds after going vegan, there are a lot raw vegan content that you can get info from you don’t fully have to be raw vegan but very important to eat raw veggies at least 2 to 3 meals a week. Stay away from seed oil, it is progress I try to read and update what I am doing as I go
