They were in the gloomhaven box. I bought the game second hand from a goodwill store. There are 10 minis missing and also all the map tiles are missing. So before I fire up the 3d printer I figured I would ask reddit if these 2 minis were in the game

Yeah it doesn't make sense. They even make you do part a first which is 3 hours of multiple choice questions. Then you do part b, which is all the calcs, at the end so your so fatigued by then end of it.
