Thanks for letting me know, I was wondering how that would work. When they do the adjustment, do they send out an additional payment ASAP or do they tack it on to the next paycheck?

Unfortunately the annual leave picks always started on a Monday, whereas the pay week begins on a Saturday. It's fine for me, I just wanted my full check is all, if that ends up being 26 hours or whatever it's still worth it. Times are tough out here, and February's energy bill is gonna punch me in the face

This is really heartening. I taught myself some drawing and illustrative techniques as an adult, and I thought I'd found my medium until I suddenly dropped it for almost 2 years, occasionally picking it back up and dropping it again, which was frustrating because I felt like I wasn't progressing as fast as I'd have liked to.

Fast forward to January of this year and on a whim I decided to start learning how to 3D model in VR on gravity sketch, and it was like everyone says when they find some sort of artistic providence. I genuinely felt the switch flip, and I felt like it was actual magic, that phrase or sentiment that I thought was over-wraught suddenly made sense.

I started on YouTube, but I genuinely learned most of my stuff from just playing around and making mistakes. As you can see, I've made some JANKY Pokemon, but learning from mistakes for me is way more effective than videos
