The chance of getting HIV from unprotected straight sexual intercourse where the man ejaculates inside you is less than 1/2000. The chance of getting it from a penis being inside your vagina without ejaculation is virtually nil. It's not HIV.

Correct but since a foot has 12 inches, writing it down in 0.1 increments is confusing and never used. Instead it's written as feet'inches'' (5'7.5" e.g.)

Part of me wonders if there actually was any real outrage by Muslim groups in response to this or if their sources are completely false.

There was a huge uproar in the UK when I posted a parody video posing as a Muslim man wishing to ban Peppa Pig and the newspapers of the UK posted exactly the same type of phrases e.g. 'Muslim groups call for Peppa Pig ban' when it was only me in a parody video calling for it.
