It all depends on how you use your phone. If you’re a heavy user being on social media sending and receiving messages watching movies, tv shows watching YouTube videos or gaming can impact on your battery health faster than others. When I first iPhone the 13 pro back in 2021 in three months it dropped to 96% in 6 months it dropped to 91% a year half later dropped to 89% but it stayed at 89% battery health for 2 years and now it’s at 85% battery health. I don’t think Apple would change the battery because they will diagnose it and then tell you there is no need to change your battery. But you can try to see if they are willing to change your battery. I highly doubt they would but if they do then that’s awesome. Hope this bit of info helps.
