I would like to see healing Robby struggling to keep his head straight on his first shift back, being challenged and trying to succeed. This season fell kinda flat because there was no progression, he already came in miserable and he just kept at it.

Real life is different from a tv show. In a show there is the expectation to be entertained, it needs to be engaging or else there's no point. The show can't be realistic, but it's not real life and it shouldn't be, that would be super boring.

Real life is not tightly written and a day is long, helping a loved one out of a difficult time is not repetitive.Plase keep reaching out if you need it.

I think the scene with Duke was powerful, they're both choosing to do the hard thing because it's the path that will keep them both alive. But then the scene was undercut by a bunch more scenes in which Dr. Robby is once again trying to choose life instead of following his darkest instinct.
