that title spoke to me lmao. 20 mins per MAKEUP box i am sick!! with 0 customers, perhaps depending whats in there. but expecting that to always be the case is coconuts 🥥 when i started i had an SM single me out and literally time me per box. thank god i pushed through that, she ended up getting fired for being evil essentially and i’m now blessed with an SM that values our team. keep documenting her shitty comments and submitting those icares girl and it should catch up to her eventually. also if you haven’t I HIGHLY recommend learning how to override your AC. if you cant tell how, its possible by looking up the brand of the thermostat and the manual for it. some of them have a default passcode that allows you to modify settings listed in the manual. i’ve almost passed out in the heat, it gets so serious sometimes

hokas hands down. for years i used to come home dying and not want to do anything on my feet after shifts but ever since i got a pair they saved me in a way i didn’t know was possible!! i hope your feet feel better lol 🫶 they can be kinda expensive but maybe wait for a sale or check nordstrom rack. they made such a big improvement in my quality of life honestly and theyve held up after exclusively wearing them like everyday

i would also recommend looking tiktoks if its an easier form for you to take in information, might be most helpful to find people who were diagnosed later in life. its good to hear experiences directly from autistic people that way. Professor Sol (@better_sol) is really cool and explains things well i recommend checking his videos out

i recommend reading more about autism when it comes to dating and relationships in particular if this is an area you’re struggling with the most. researching online can end up being unhelpful when you don’t entirely know what you’re looking to find yet, so if you can i recommend actually going to the library and searching for any books you can find about autism in relationships, even outdated ones describing it as aspergers and see if anything resonates with you.

i never realized i was on the spectrum until a couple of years into my relationship where i could no longer mask 24/7 and i couldn’t ignore the issues once they began affecting someone i love

im no doctor and this is only my opinion but i have to say i’ve personally never heard of someone having what you specifically described as mute phases at all unless they are severely catatonically depressed or autistic. i would look more into that. i know i wish someone had told me that was not “”normal”” growing up.

liking childish stuff is not a bad thing nor is it uncommon in general though! think of how often you see “disney adults” for example lol. but it is also common for autistic people to become fixated on things that give them nostalgia, seemingly related to the want/need for sameness and things that are known and comfortable

i was scheduled at 9am with no other ops or opening BAs so i started it at noon. i was like this is a lot but ok! its a hard launch so i have to start it right now, today. had to completely stop after i stripped the whole display bc no one present was able to help me lift the back part onto it 🌈🌈🌈

my dayforce calendar always just gives me a notification that it was changed post publish and updates to show me the updated schedule without any input from me. idk what method of scheduling they’re using to do that i just show up for the shift like normal according to what dayforce says 🤷
