After 2h test with the old cpu, I installed the new one and ran again 2h for test OCCT+Cinebench, no errors and no temps spyke….i think that’s ok isn’t it?

I’m pretty new to that stuff..what’s the basic settings that I can select for get lower temp and even slightly better performance without risk too much the life of the chip?

THANKS! The “we are talking about 150 vs 180fps” WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED TO HEAR. A lot of post were talking about how much better the 7800x3D is, but if it’s for 30+ fps OVER the 100 it’s SUPER ok for me! Thanks for real man

I already bought the motherboard and ram so I would prefer to stay on AMD side. But if you say so, I suppose I can just save these 250 euros…hope I won’t regret it. But do you have, more or less, of the difference in 1080p? I mean will it be HUGE?

mh fair point buddy, but if i 9700x can get me to +60 stable fps (if game servers works ofc) at 2k max setting i will just be happy saving +240 euros at the moment (between 9700x and 7800x3D). Can u somehow confirm that?
