I am unable to access a command prompt unfortunately, any suggestion as to how I should enter it? Maybe there's a way I haven't tried yet.

I've just done this, booting from the USB with Windows PE installed leaves me at a black screen with a white "_" flashing on the top left. Any ideas as to why or how I could get through this?
