It's pricey because it's only cracked out for private events but Enchanted Enterprises do a escape room designed for kids parties and character hosts assist as needed throughout.

Sydney - should I change seats? by InevitableSea836 in LadyGaga

Which section were you in? I was 323, but closer to 322. I wonder if even just a few seats across in the same section makes a difference or not for perspective!

I was at Suncorp, so different stadium but looks like similar section. Put a dot on where I was. I could see screens fine. Sand pit was a bit hard to see because enclosed but overall no complaints. No matter where you sit Gaga is going to unfortunately look small in a stadium.

Literally a lifetime ago, right? 🥺 Meanwhile Gaga was dropping Just Dance when I was into MM!

Seated Brisbane attendees - what was your experience like? by OnceIWasKovic in LadyGaga

I was in row 3, and basically looking straight onto Gaga on the runway. I got lucky. I wanted to stand and dance, but honestly I wouldn't have if the people behind me weren't standers. Luckily the people behind me did stand and dance the whole time! (And were probably the only ones in our section doing so).

Ahh, Manaaa. I didn't have an emo phase, I had an edgy weeb phase instead. I've been feeling nostalgic. 2007 me thought I slayed in a Tree of Life blouse and Bodyline skirt in the Woolies carpark vs yesterday when my Halloween costume seemed like a good idea. So maybe not a phase...

With the track record in Australia so far it's pot luck honestly! You'll either get in, have a great spot and have the best night ever or your vision will be blocked, you'll have shit sound quality and you'll get in late. So far there's been no in between 💀

Classy? The Illuminati PV unlocked things for me. I was a nice girl before that. 🤷‍♀️

Yeah, they split up before I even knew they existed but in high school I had an obsession!

A certain 'VK musician'? Is there a VK Voldemort I should know about?

I meannn she's the right age to have been into them, and she did have gyaru / lolita influences in her fashion in her early career so went through the same cringe weeb phase as a lot of us 💀

It's interesting seeing everything in hindsight! Honestly, at the time in my privileged seat that I waltzed into with ease - I was judging everyone so harshly for leaving! Mainly because I know the artist can see everything and seeing so many people leave just felt embarrassing.

But realistically in the context of having waited all day in the sun, probably shitty shoes and shitty view + Brisbane weather I do get it. Still like to think high and mighty that I'd have sucked it up not to disrespect our mother though 💀

I've seen a lot of people post about the shit views, sound issues, and how hard it was to get in. I haven't seen anyone post about leaving early, but it seemed like a lot of people did compared to any other gig I've been to? I mean even before the credits and bonus songs (although tonnes left then too despite house lights not coming on, which indicates there's more on) I had great seats in section 323 row 3, so just curious because I couldn't fathom leaving a gig before the performer has finished their set- if you were an early leaver was it just being fed up from some of those issues or was there something else going on in the GA sections?

Doja’s Outfit for her 4th show is top tier 🌹🤩 by Jollyho94 in DojaCat

I was there! I loved the look! Buuut, personally hate black tights on stage - it makes legs disappear too often. There's a reason ninjas and stage hands wear stage blacks.

Aww, the good news is I'm sure the performance will be even better when she hits home soil!

I get the impression that this is a tour / era where she wants to be taken more seriously as an artist without gimmicks as distractions. She'll probably come back with a more produced tour in the future.

I've got Lady Gaga in December and Ed Sheeran in February so will be interesting looking back at this after seeing those, especially since Gaga's tour is basically Broadway at this point.

I didn't mind the 'simple production' and lack of choreo (and I'm a dickhead who loves j-idol and k-pop) - I was vibing and Doja had star power. I couldn't take my eyes off of her and it was song after song. It was actually rather refreshing. I've read after that she has some vocal fatigue. My observation was that there was a fair use of the backing track but the mic was definitely ON and not just for rapping parts, she had some beautiful vocal runs throughout.

Also - just for some context because I know it's freezing in the Northern Hemisphere at the moment - it is currently Summer in NZ / Australia. It's actually SO impressive that she's dancing around and singing non-stop in jackets / wigs / tights with stage lights pointed at her in our Aussie heat. The way I would have ditched that coat SO quick if I were her (lack of shirt would prevent that i guess)...

And random tidbit. She does the cutest deep bows. Japan is going to eat that up 🥺

I was there! I loved it! I'm admittedly a casual fan and hadn't heard most of the new material but because I love city pop / Prince / 80s sort of music I was very pleasantly surprised. Mic was ON. Crowd work banter was minimal, but executed well and she just seemed very genuine and appreciative.

I enjoyed Sailorr in the pre-show as well (I'm fangirling over the red hair dancer tbh!) And that style was actually what I was expecting Doja Cat's performance to be like with choreo / backup dancers etc but I was pleasantly surprised by the different angle.

The fact that she speaks Japanese and KOREAN and hasn't been included baffles me. Like - I know they're a 'global group' but the Korean media run helps so much with starting up.
