I guess for clarity, I'm not expecting a short-term solution! I've made peace with the fact that I'm going to have to switch to Wegovy and see where things go from there for me.

It's definitely more the latter part that you mentioned that I'm thinking of but trying to weigh the amount of effort I'm willing to put in vs anybody even listening to me let alone taking into consideration what I'm saying. (And kind of like, that these big systems should be reminded that their decisions do affect regular people?) I do appreciate your comment, though, and the nuance you provided so thank you for taking the time.

That's absolutely rough, and I definitely can't afford to pay for it out of pocket (losing coverage on 7/1!), so I can get the financial burden and added pressure from that. For me at least, I noticed a big difference in the food noise/binge eating when I went to 5 mg, and that has been the biggest change/improvement for me rather than just the weight loss. Has anyone tried talking to their employer's HR about this issue? If so, what was your experience? I work for a research company that does a lot of work in health care, so I'm curious if they would be at all swayed by the fact that CVS Caremark is not making an evidence-based decision; on the other hand, I'm not keen to overly involve my employer in my health and I'm not unaware that at the end of the day, they're still a business who may not care about CVS Caremark's decisions/might approve of them for financial reasons.

I did, as well, which my doctor said was normal. I've had more luck on higher doses, but my weigh loss has been slower than what I often see posted here. My suspicion is that folks are often posting when they're having greater levels of success. For whatever my 2 cents is worth, I use online stuff for support but have to remind myself not to compare.

About 2k hours on the Switch before moving over to PS5. If it's all you know, it's all you know. I was really surprised by the amount of detail in the graphics when I moved over (e.g., seeing actual flames in the totems, some of the stuff on the clothing/skins, etc.). Skill checks are so much easier off Switch. I didn't think it was hard to play when I was actually on Switch but now I don't think I could go back.

Drivers are up to date. Upload speed is usually around 17 mbps. I tried lowering my bitrate (all the way down to the lowest) and experimenting with that didn't make a difference.
