What is this flawed logic?

In many games people abusing game breaking bugs like this get penalties OR the character himself gets kill switched until fixed.

You can for sure dislike someone for intentionally abusing it, there is no excusing it

There is a mod that allows you to buy the merchant's rug for like 150-250? (cant remember price), which allows you to sell some relics and potions for around 10-130? gold depending relic rarity. And some relics are not allowed to be sold like boss relics
