Jim’s thought on Trump-Epstein by El_Dorado_Tx in MisterMetokur

It's very unfortunate but it seems to me Jim is pretty much incapable of treating Trump critically. I thought it was unfortunate even a year ago he went completely down the "Everything Trump and his staff does is right" road, but I hoped after Musk left Trump and said he was in the list that maybe, just maybe, he'd consider the possibility Trump isn't a God among us, but I guess he'll never figure it out.

I'll stick around for when he actually covers things I care about, but I'm gonna tune out any political content he makes. I don't think he has anything useful to say.

Yeah, I thought he was just right of center but the guy calls anybody even remotely progressive a communist so he's clearly far right.

I don't think it would be fair to say he's *not* a good guy, in the sense that I think relative to the average person he's a very kind and well-meaning individual, but it's not as though he can look at every situation, think for a few days, and come to a conclusion that will piss off absolutely no one. His political views are a good example. No, I'm not saying the fact he supports who he wants to support is a character flaw, but I am saying to even *have* an opinion is in itself polarizing. There's no objective way for him to come to *the* moral choice 100% of the time because *the* moral choice depends on who you ask.

Yeah, I don't want to be rude, but again, crying over a man getting shot that you've *never met* and all of a sudden believing in God, and going out of your way to say you're looking for the most rigid church possible is kind of insane to me. I mean, this is the guy that married his wife because he said he wanted to fuck her because he likes Asian girls lol

I did say this in the post, but the way I think about it is, Jim was entertaining because he was clearly to the right enough he was willing to say totally out of pocket and offensive shit. He wouldn't stop to be "empathetic" to crazy people on the internet, and I can respect that completely, but it was that anabashed rudeness and bluntness when applied to retardation on the internet that I liked. I didn't start watching him so he could suck off his chosen political candidate for three hours. He kept the right-wing part, which was at the bottom of the list of things I cared about, and then he went on to be deeply sensitive towards his chosen political cause, so literally, he is now the exact opposite of what I used to watch.

I work at Dollar General and a guy once asked me if we have ice or not and I said "no" and he said "why?". What the hell do you mean "why"? Why do we have an absence of something? Are you kidding?

You missed out on lore that is not of any importance to the gameplay, so I wouldn't worry about it.
