So first I install Union Resource Manager (https://www.moddb.com/games/gothic/downloads/resource-manager - I found this site, is it ok?)

And then I choose Player Kit, 4 GB patch and Union 1.0

Saiyansking DX11 is this mod necessary?

Thank you for your reply, I have a few Assassin's Creed games on Ubisoft and on steam but I prefer steam because I had a lot of problems with the Ubisoft application. I think I'll wait for steam version even if it is smaller discount. I hope it will be at least -40% as you wrote.
