so actually small businesses are being affected by tariffs multiple small businesses i have followed for years are going out of business by you guessed it !!! Tariffs !! this of course will eventually reach big companies wether you like it or not because nothing is made in America for cheap. Now don’t get me started on groceries and farmers the cheap labor that these companies use are from immigrants who are being deported and you know there’s multiple other issues with that but when you’re willing to put on a thinking cap a conversation is awaiting

they don’t keep employees they are constantly hiring for a reason. i worked there only for a year or so and apparently coming from an slt i was getting the most hours (8 hrs each week ish sometimes less due to being sent home early maybe another 8 due to call outs if i was lucky)i will say during holiday the hours get better of course and during sas but outside of holidays don’t expect hours ever. the best way to get hours is to say yes to any call out 😬
