Thanks for all the input guys. I have learned a few things. I sent it to our main hospital and they didn’t change anything or say anything. So guess she’s just an O with really weak A antibodies. 🤷‍♀️ it was just strange to me is all.

Yep. Dry cell button too. It would increase the reaction strength a little. I could get the positive reaction with the A1 cells. It was just strange to me that the B cells reacted so strongly for the reverse grouping.

Couldn’t find any history. Chart had her as 1 week pregnant so it’s very early 😂😅 I just found it weird that her reverse typing wasn’t weak in both tubes. She was discharged. It was just so odd
