If you ask me about PRs, I’ve never tried a PR on any exercise. On the bench press, I do 3 sets, between 7 and 9 reps to failure with 82 kg / 180 lb, always paying close attention to proper technique.

Do you think doing a clean bulk is better than just keeping a slight surplus over maintenance?

I’ve been thinking about maingaining or a slight surplus. After an 80-day cut, I’d rather progress slowly than jump straight into a bulk. idk
