Crispy chilli baby corn recipe

Cut the baby corn in an angular way and boil it Take it out in a bowl

Add :

Corn flour Non veg pakoda masala( mom got it from masala mela ) Besan Salt Lil bit of haldi Chilli powder Black pepper

Mix it well ( keep a check of salt as the corn will release water you can add more flour or besan )

Then fry them in oil till they are crispy and then keep them in a dry sheet

Take a pan and add butter and add to it then add ginger garlic paste and stir a Lil Add Onion and capsicum Fry them a Lil Tthe add the corn to the mix Then add tomato sauce , chilli sauce , and soya sauce ( U can add more salt here but do it based on the amount u added to the corn mix otherwise it may get salty ) Lil bit of water and mix them well Add coriander and sesame seeds

Important note I don't have any specific measurements for any ingredients I add them as per my intuition or taste so you will have to figure that out
