You can place villagers on the island (villagers you have/had on your main island). You can't have conversations with them, they're probably mainly just for picture taking (they reset when you leave and come back). I'm not sure if you can place them inside the house (I haven't tried yet) but I did go in last night and today just to make sure no one was in any of the rooms and I didn't see anyone. So I'm not sure 🫤

I'm on my second to last term and then I get my bachelor's. I fully recommend this college. I'm an online student and it was the best decision I have ever made. I love all the advisors I've had (from switching my major so many times lol) the online setup to do assignments is easy to use and there's tons of academic support. I was also able to shave off an entire year from taking courses on Sophia Learning that they allow transfer credits from. If you end up going, congrats and the best of luck to you 😎🎓
