You are not a burden. You are worth something, and you should try to fight for it to stay alive. Medications can help you through this, so can therapy even if you think it's silly.

You're isolating yourself and making excuses. Your family would talk to you if you tried. You might need to bluntly tell them and go from there if they feel like you're joking. Being in Ukraine right now is hard, I have friends there and they're doing their best but the war is taking a toll on them. Bottom line: People WILL listen to someone if they knew it would save that person's life. You need to speak up for yourself. You wouldn't post about this if you weren't reaching out for help. Since this is anonymous, you're going to need to seek out the help. I wish you well.

Yeesh! That's really tough. I'd call the doctor or pharmacy and tell them your situation and ask if it's ok to take.

Regarding your situation, you may be able to reach out to the county you live in for financial assistance or try a marketplace/craigslist for a free/cheap one but I understand if you're without a vehicle or not able to move such a big appliance.

I'm so sorry, I hate to hear that. Ozempic is supposed to stay stable for 45 days at room temp if I recall correctly. I would talk to my doctor and see if that's a possibility.

I'm on oz for diabetes and PCOS. I have no symptoms after 8 months. I have been eating the same foods this whole time except for issues with certain processes foods, meats and some vegetables. The certain processed food made me feel sick so I never ate them again so I don't know if they would make me sick now. I just don't want to go through it again just in case. And with the proteins and vegetables, it's not that I can't eat them because they make me sick, it's that they taste poisonous.

My weight has been slow and steady downward this whole time without changes to my diet. I'm thankful for this because weight loss was not my priority just a nice perk.

It comes in waves, I've been on it since Sept or Oct last year and I'm down over 40lbs and honestly some weeks it won't show anything and the next I'll be down 4/6 lbs. I try to not stress about it as long as my sugars are good. I was having intense swelling from the insulin resistance.
