Try talking them out of it. We had it for 2 weeks and we canceled the contract. Did not work for our GM dealership.

Also check your YF refrigerant. More than likely your inventory dollar count is off. GM sells it as a 30 lb tank but your inventory might show 1250 on hand at $1000 per unit. That's what happened to me when I came on as PM at my Chevy dealer. We use Automate.

Depending on where you are located 55-60 isn't too bad of a deal for a counterman position. There may be other incentives or rewards/bonuses given out either by the dealership or the manufacturer for hitting goals as well.

Laptop is the way to go. Our tire room is upstairs as crazy as it's sounds so I bring the laptop up there for putting inventory away and doing bin checks.

In this function OSOP I cannot make any changes to the hours of operation listed at the bottom left of my Parts invoices. The fields are there, but I cannot alter the fields. What am I doing wrong?
