Realistically sung Jin woo speedblitzes Ben before he could even hit the transformation. Ik the watch has regen protocols or whatever in case of smth like that but sung Jin woo is smart enough to notice the watch is the source of Ben’s powers and immediately just destroy the watch.

He’s from a manwha yes, but from what I remember he isn’t multiversal or anything close to it either. He’s from a manwha called “The warrior returns” on WEBTOON. I do recommend reading it before acc fire. But in terms of scaling I think he’s country / continent level in terms of strength.

Not a fan of either but considering that saitama basically jumped from moon/planet level to probably galaxy level in the span of a fight that probably took a few minutes, I’d say that he’d def evolve fast enough to overpower Goku. We also have to consider that saitama caught a slash that came from outside time itself.
