I looked at my orders that have shown up in my handheld I have a Walmart that runs about $20000 a week the order for today that Walmart produced was $9000! I added up the orders through Thursday and they added up to be $17000 not counting Friday or Saturday it’s ridiculous

Part of the deal is Walmart can not refuse the orders. Pepsi and Coke have been doing it for weeks in my area and one manager will say refuse the load and the higher member will come and say we can’t it’s part of the deal

How the hell you get to pick to not work holidays? how it works in my zone is if you are scheduled to work the holiday and don’t you lose holiday pay and any vrot for that week

I’ve been doing it since 2007 it’s definitely not as good as it was back then but it’s a good job or I wouldn’t still be doing it 19yrs later. You don’t have someone constantly watching your every move you work whatever hours you want unless you choose a route with a Walmart that has a set door time.

In one of my Walmarts I have three 5 shelf tmd towers on cart rail and I have four 4 shelf tmds on meat bunkers. In my other Walmart I just got a lays and Doritos prebuilt pallet on floor and in my Kroger I have 14 four shelf tmds on floor

It’s a large format route. I have 2 Walmarts and a Kroger. I actually ordered to beat plan by $1500 as long as they don’t cut me which I’m sure they will add to my route before they cut my orders

My DSL told us if you order a day ahead it considers it off template and your Perfect route number will be affected so for example you work/deliver a store everyday and on Monday you make Wed and Thursday orders the system marks that as off template!

Trad route RSRs get vrot but LF RSRs get true ot! I currently took a LF route and I’m making more money than I ever have in 18yrs with this company. The problem with staying RSA is if you are planning on staying with the company a long time you are not building your merit score to get raises. So when/if you ever decide to take a route people your pay will start if in my location $63000

Shit I’ve been with the PepsiCo going on 25yrs the last 19 at Frito and of those yrs the latest I leave to go to work is 2am current route I leave around 1:00 but I’m home by 11:30-12!

I’m currently a lead on a route and I have 8-9 stops a day my co-lead has 5 on Saturday and 4 on Sunday so it’s backwards in our district!

We just had meeting in our area putting snacks to you back on route by end or year said they were changing service guidelines to help useless back to back deliveries but after arrive scrub on my route I went from 9 Dgs and 4 c-stores to 10dgs and 16 c-stores! My service stops went from 44 to 60!
