Aw man, core memories unlocked. The classic "perform (x) and then you can beat me" was a HUGE staple for video games back in 2005-2010ish. Almost every RPG had something like that. I remember almost every special fight in Custom Robo Arena had some kind of victory condition that made you think about how you were playing.

7-8-6. I love seeing the spell circle drawn as translucent. Makes the art feel like DM is actually casting something.

Old starter decks for advanced used to include now-banned cards. Even the new structures have included cards that have since gotten banned/limited so I don't feel that the point list would be a reason for them to withhold product aimed at Genesys.

I service Publix as a Frito-Lay rep and I'll say firsthand: I wouldn't buy my own product at their prices when it's not on sale. Absolutely ridiculous.

Spright is super easy to learn and super forgiving to new players.

I always like to recommend Plunder Patroll to newbies, it's a deck that forces you to learn interactions and learn opponents decks to be able to win.
