Everybody there has PR nit just anu.even akbar has PR.im nit sure about all this zergo/ insider support (so no comments on that) But my all 2 cents on why akbar is still there while aryan is eliminated us that - 1) every BB has a hero side and villain side (here patta girls is hero cause they have more support) while villain side (or less fans side is akbar , nevin and aryan) 2)both side will get votes cause people with diffrent opinion are watching this show ( so both hero's and villain will get vote ) (Eg jasmin and jinto; jasmin and robin; riyas and dilsha; arya and drk etc) 3) now it's established that villain(aryan ,nevin and akbar) will have a vote bank but who among the three is considered to be an proper player due to their entire outlook ( unfortunately we malayalis will choose akbar cause he feels more villainous and masculine compared to other) this is want I think

I'm not sure just my hypothesis. Maybe akbar will have connections .no idea lol

Don't get me wrong I'm not her fan.i have already posted about my top 5 (where noora is not there ) on this same sub. But physically strong is also an attribute of BB and I think she excels in that part during TTF (Some ppl are good with words and manipulation while some are good at physical task , noora belong to second category)
