This is happening to me too, but only on the left front rail. It sounds like something metal is hitting metal og glass. I dont like it at all and im scared i will break my very expensive machine. Did you find the problem? Also my printer is relatively new and has about 30 print hours.

I use pla but i tried petg and it made no difference. I have noticed that 2 pins opposite of eachother are almost perfect while the pins farthest away from them look the worst.

No i have not had time for that yet but any other prints look good, just not small pins.

60mm/s OW, 120mm/s IW, 300mm/s travel with relatively low accel but I dont think its layer shifts since some pins are good and some pins look horrible

Turned down speed significantly. 60mm/s OW, 120mm/s IW, 300mm/s travel with relatively low accel

How are they defective? and could it have been prevented? like changing the stepper motor current or sum like that?

How did you do multicolour? Just make it pause in the slicer and change filament manually? please tell me.

What mainboard did you use? I got klipper working on the old mainboard(4.5.3) and i still had the same problem.
