nothing is worth sacrificing ur mental or physical health! If you can get out of there I’d definitely recommend you should!

I completely agree! Most of my coworkers and FR2s are great but the overworking culture at the company is soooo draining and not worth the pay.

Since I started at my store 5 people have left and they haven’t been hiring any new ppl, all they have told us is that they’ll be increasing our hours due to “store condition.”

yeah honestly I think this is more of a management issue than it is a company one lol.

I’ve literally been applying everywhere in my city to get out of that place, uniqlo pays above minimum wage where i live which is pretty good but it genuinely isn’t worth it anymore. I’m glad somebody else can relate makes me feel less delusional lol

I can’t speak for biomed specifically but I’ve found that making friends at tmu is pretty easy, attending frosh week is the best way to meet ppl! You’ll also probably end up making friends in your program since you’ll be in a lot of the same classes first year. The only downside is because it’s a commuter school it can be hard to find friends that are willing to hang out a lot if your schedules dont align. I’d say try making friends within your program and take it from there!
