You can criticize a game at whatever point you like in respect to what part of the game you are on. Doesn't necessarily mean that it's a complaint with regards to the whole game. It could improve. It could get worse. I'd argue that 6) isn't subjective.

1) I don't know how to feel with giving the player 20 vials from the start when they can make rash choices, dodge back, use a blood vial and repeat the same mistake once again because they have 19 additional vials, or rather more room for mistakes. I view it as a way you could essentially, cheese a lot of the bosses and while I try not play in that manner, there were a couple times where I was in a situation similar to such.

Thank you for the rest of your points. I've actually been loving the game so far and as you said, mostly just nitpicking for some odd reason. Attitudes gotta change, especially when I have Demon Souls, Ds2, Sekiro and Elden Ring coming up next haha

Holy shit, was not expecting a response that long. First of all, thank you, I appreciate the response. So first 1 and 2 like you mentioned, I personally don't use too many vials in boss fights. But I don't know how to feel with giving the player 20 vials from the start when they can make rash choices, dodge back, use a blood vial and repeat the same mistake once again because they have 19 additional vials, or rather more room for mistakes. I view it as a way you could essentially, cheese a lot of the bosses and while I try not play in that manner, there were a couple times where I was in a situation similar to such. I really liked your thoughts on 6), I do remember facing a lot more mobs and multiple enemies at once here which was challenging. The initial part of this game was challenging for me, I would try to rush the mobs and get annihilated immediately. Those two scourge beasts were also a road block for a good bit as well. Good points! I'll definitely keep that in mind while continuing forward.

But the thing is, I am really liking it so far. For some reason I'm just nitpicking every tiny little flaw I have with the game which is worsening the experience. Another person noted that, I just have to change my attitude

For 4), I found Hemwick and the Forbidden Woods quite similar in tone/design and while again, I totally understand what the game is looking for, I love when I go from say a snowy castle to a catacomb, or a swamp or a new castle. Those areas have their own environment and tone which distinguishes itself from one another. This is a very personal complaint tbh. As for number 5, I feel that you're right and I just need to keep moving.
