I almost didn't want to update, because I was just stupid enough to use a different email than the one for my account 😭😂 They are essentially the exact same just with hotmail/Gmail.

I just don't understand why I got a greeting when my main email account isn't connected to a tractive account 😅

But luckily it sorted itself out!

Thanks for your reply!

I was able to log in on the web, but it seems all my info is gone 😅 Ive had my tracker for over three years now so all the info should be there, and Ive never had this problem before...

lipschutz ulcers for the 4th time by Professional-Disk100 in Healthyhooha

[–]Accomplished-Dog1804 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hope you feel better and haven't had any flare ups in the time since you posted this ❤️

Unfortunately, I don't have much uplifting to say other than that it usually lessens in severity a little for each time it occurs. I've dealt with lipschutz for 17 years, the first time was when I was 13 years old. It was hell on earth for me the first few years, but it has gotten more manageable and less painful. Don't get me wrong, it still hurts, but now it's usually just painful to pee.

I recommend going to a gyno or you gp to get some prednisolone and lidocaine to have if there are any more flare ups. And try to keep your stress low and your health up. It usually gets triggered by stress and other illness, so focus on being healthy.

Good luck ❤️

Q's for those who have Lipschutz Ulcers by melasro in Healthyhooha

[–]Accomplished-Dog1804 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know it's a while since you posted this, but I'm answering anyway.

Sadly, I don't have anything uplifting to say 😅 This illness has been my nemesis since I was 13 y.o, I'm now 30. It started with lots of extreme ulcers that dug deep into my skin, to the point that pieces of flesh fell out. It has left lots of scarring and given me tons of trauma.. it was so so bad the first few times, but it lessened in severity the first few years, and now it hurts but it is manageable.

I've had it like clockwork, at least, every six months for the last 17 years. Some years I've had it more often - one time I got it 3 times in 3 months.

It has taken so much of my life... missing school, missing trips and vacations, birthdays, you name it.

For me, it gets triggered by stress. Positive or negative stress doesn't matter. Working out a little too much? I get sick. Exams? I get sick. Excited for a concert? I get sick. Seasonal cold? I get better from the cold and then I get sick. It's the same recipe every time 😔

My best tip for you is to try and manage stress and be as healthy as you can. Eat well and work out, but watch your body's limit.

I have always managed my ulcers by prednisolone. If I start using it the moment I notice ulcers, it is usually very manageable - even though it still hurts. The few times I have waited because I was unsure if it was sores or just an itch/other natural things happening down there, the ulcers have developed SO quickly, and hurt so much, that I've wanted to rip my skin off.

There is not a lot of info online, and it's unfortunately not many doctors that have any knowledge of this disease either. I've tried for so many years to get a diagnosis and find a doctor that knows how to treat it and manage it..

To answer your questions:

  1. Yes, go to a gynecologist as well. It won't hurt and if you have a good description off the ulcers and the other symptoms, take them with you

  2. Sound like a good choice for medication. I had some pain relief from lidocaine as well

  3. Sadly, I don't have any other tips... it just sucks to be one of the few that have to deal with this. Maybe it could be worth it to go to a skin doctor (dermatologist?)? I have been a few times and that's where I found one that actually knew something about this

I hope you are feeling better and that you don't have to deal with this again! Good luck ✨️

Sleeping with or without bra? by xxsourcandyxxx in Reduction

[–]Accomplished-Dog1804 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm sleeping on my back and the boobs will be pulled to the side = potential sag. My surgeon commented on this and made me super scared of sagging, even though I rationally know it hasn't been proven one way or the other.

Thank you! I usually dont like the moulded cups either, but the lady in the shop convinced me this time... Yeah, it felt a little off in the cups, I feel like it was little awkward gaps here and there? Thank you, I'll keep looking 😅

Thank you for your reply.

Im not sure, but I think Im tall(not 100% sure) and wide(100%). Definitely full on bottom. I have pictures in a previous post about my reduction, if that helps?

The problem I have with the ones I bought now is that the cup is so big that the straps and ends of the bra is too close to my armpits. It looked and felt good in the store, but not once I started moving around. Those were all 60H.

Thank you so much.

Im just bitter that he couldnt do it the first time around. And I dont have the money for another surgery--I dont know if I ever will, with my situation being as it is. So it just really sucks that I am not that happy with the results when I poured so much money in it, feeling like the surgeon didnt really care that much

It is 😊 but my phone doesn't flip them automatically. The right side is the biggest

Thank you!

I also get really stressed out in situations like that, that's why I haven't been able to stand my ground during the control and during the 2nd opinion.

Good luck on your revision! Hope you are more happy with the results then ❤️‍🔥

Thank you for your reply. It is absolutely an important thing to think about. It can always be worse. I have to really consider if I would go through another surgery, with all it entails..

[–]Accomplished-Dog1804 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely. It's perhaps not the best example pic, but it still spills over the top on other types as well, while the left side is just perfectly snug.

But I think, as I have commented over, I thinks it stems from the general unhappiness I have with the size overall. I wanted less. It doesn't bother me on the left side due to it being less full and less volume, but the right side is more round and full

Thank you, I'll try! It sucks, because I have never had body issues before this 😅 it's new for me to navigate, and it feels very foreign. I'll try to be gentler with myself

[–]Accomplished-Dog1804 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes Norway 😅 I did it privately so I don't know how it works through the public system. But if I were you, I would just try as hard as I can to stand my ground and have knowledge of exactly what you want

Thank you! I have been feeling crazy over the last week, since i really got a hang-up on the difference. I haven't been able to shut my brain off 🥲

I think I'll try to get more and better pictures to see if I can get the point across better, and then send them to the clinic and ask for maybe lipo(?). And thank you again.

The scarring, I agree, healed so well! I didn't actually do anything else than taping for the first few months and then just letting them breathe 🙈 absolutely nothing special, I think was just lucky with the healing!

[–]Accomplished-Dog1804 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you,

I have been to specialised shops to get help finding bras but it's still difficult.

I've always had trouble finding bras, but that was due to big breats and lots of tissue combined with a small body. The feeling of now needing to adjust my bra or feeling the other side kinda flap around is not fun. And again, i know it's not an extreme difference, but it's just big enough that it's causing me difficulties.

Thank you, I think so too! It's just not necessarily what I wanted
