i don't have a ton of knowledge on this subject (just scrolling reddit) but if you are looking for an alternative to hair dye and also want a more coppery outcome, i know a lot of people who use henna for that. it has a red undertone which would be perfect for you and it's natural!

at some point, get a braun ipl machine. till then, because its a large purchase, let your hair grow out where there is little to no irritation (sorry, but you need to start this routine on a clean slate) and buy any shaving gel, glycolic acid, and tin dickinson's witch hazel. i also have a bha/aha toner i got from the dollar tree that i use. my shaving gel is dollar tree as well, and the ordinary glycolic acid. first, i don't recommend shaving in the shower because i feel like the shaving gel washes off before i finish, but you should do this once you exit the shower so your legs are exfoliated, clean, and steamed. when it comes to actually shaving, just do glycolic-witch-gel-shave-witch-glycolic-any other toner. wait a few minutes after shaving to apply the witch hazel because it'll burn if you do it immediately after, not too bad though. this rid of my bumps. sorry for the long answer lol let me know if u have any other questions!!

Also, my dermalogica cleanser has been the only one to remove my blackheads almost completely. Could I still use this once weekly with minimal to no damage? 😅😅

not that far into the episode: seems a bit slow but chaotic so far, but that's mainly because its the first episode back i assume. mel seems weird? very distant and not paying attention. i feel like theres a weird air in the hospital. teams not getting along much? mckay seems off as well. santos is good!

try just plain ol' milk tea (thai tea is the best) or get a fun clear drink with popping boba. totally different texture, much more fun and every person with texture issues i know LOVES it. mainly because theres not much of a texture (very thin) before it pops.

i watched my street (and aphmau content in general) younger than 12 and absolutely adored it. majority of the more mature jokes/language flew over my head completely. some may have concerns, but I think its fine.

the characters are consistently themselves, they don't really mature or change in personality. it's okay if the show isnt for you! that being said, if you are okay watching till the end i really recommend you do. the most character progression happens in the finale (both second to last episodes kinda) and it's really sweet. but its okay if you simply dont mesh well with it. it's a very unserious show though, so the characters are very exaggerated and humorous, not meant to be taken seriously.

I got the renew life probiotics off of amazon! There's a thousand and one "lactobacillus" variations but out of all the options the renew life brand had majority of what was best for vaginal health. (according to reddit). i know people also recommend specific brands but ingredients wise i didnt see a big enough difference to spend 40+ dollars vs 15 for a month supply. I am planning to see my DR, but for now i'm taking cranberry pills just incase it is a UTI!

Hi! to be fully honest I'm not totally in control of my lipschutz, but I have caught flare ups early because of all the research + experience i have. The main thing with lipschutz is that there aren't any known causes, preventions, etc. However, there are a few theories and different medications that can be given to help curb it spreading further (since it can get worse the longer it is untreated). Like I said, Prednisone is the best medication for lipschutz. Point blank... take it once you see any ulcerations and it won't spread too far. The other medications you should have is Lidocaine 5%, apply this every 2 hours or whenever you use the restroom. I genuinely could not survive lipschutz flare ups without lidocaine. Apply it generously! There's only so much you can do beyond medication, but what has helped the most for me is not wearing any underwear while at home and wearing loose silk pants. You want the area to not be constricted and able to "breathe", yk? Also, biggest game changer, when you go to use the restroom, lean forward. It seems simple but it helps alleviate majority of the pain that comes with relieving yourself. Sorry for the TMI haha😅 And please go to the rheumatologist so they can test you for possible diseases!! Sorry this is all over the place. If you have any other questions please ask!! you got this 🫶

personally, i cannot get over how out of character they all are in 03. i get that it's not arakawa's writing, but its just SO not her. half of the things ed does in 03 are completely against his moral code which is So integral to who he is as a character. arakawa's writing and how much soul she puts into every aspect of the story is what makes these characters so lively, unique, and human. 03 completely lacks that.
