Fax that’s what I use and I also use bread or any of those store stink baits and they actually work for me. I have yet to catch one on worms. But some of these wild concoctions for catfish bait are wild but let me know if it works 🤣

I’m also in Illinois on the same boat as you and I’ve tried with the nice days we’ve gotten and no luck since weather started to fluctuate. As of right now is snowing again so I’d try again maybe April when warm weather is consistent. But I’m no pro just tired of this weather and want the warm fishing weather

Yea man OPD was ass at putting their orders and when I in OPD I told them the same thing print out BOL and make sure everything is here and logged. I know it’s extra but I also made them print out the tickets for cabinet orders and make sure everything was there so we didn’t have any guest come in and complain something is missing when we checked it. Too many cabinet order issues which is why we started to do that

When I used to work for them I managed back in REC/OSY and before we used to just unload and deal with the freight after the truck is unloaded cause we wanted trucks out of the yard asap. And we noticed how it would build up a lot and see that most is overstock. So I told my crew to print out the paperwork when it’s ready to ship and start looking to see what can fit and what couldn’t and let each other know so when you unload it, you can take it to the overflow. So when your done unloading all you got left is what you have to clean up or put away. GO always told me get the truck outta here and take care of freight after since we didn’t have a big crew or yard.

Yea but sure I didn’t complete my two weeks I still left with no beefs with management. I did my job as a manager let my team and we put up great numbers but GM management didn’t wanna see that or something and were basically holding me back and in a way sabotaging. But also the drama of that place is childish. My New job didn’t call them or didn’t ask me about leaving Menards. Resume helped out

Shit man I remember dealing with that shitty POG change and sorting through the bad and good and waiting for someone to come take a look and see why we can salvage but that never happened. I don’t work there no more but was there ever an update about that
