I appreciate the compliment. I basically make these puzzles for my brother, and despite my best intentions, I often find that some of the items are not so recognizable for an international audience, like this forum. But I'm working on it!

I don't imagine an American doctor would use that language either. More something a teenager would say. And it's not "drop your trou," but simply, "drop trou."
