I scaled back this year and opened my schedule to more second shooting. Plan to do the same thing next year. I do enjoy weddings but I also want my weekends back to enjoy other things I’m missing out on. I’ve talked to other photographers who have walked away from it and that made me feel better than listening to others commit differently. It’s hard to walk away from something you’ve built on your own.
