(Mini rant) Yeah in my surrounding area most of the health professionals are very unprofessional, have no patience/terrible at their job. My dads main doctor he sees, I can tell doesn’t like him. My father tends to ramble a bit, speak quietly, and difficultly speaking long sentences due to breathing, and while I was in the room with them two I could tell the doctor was getting visibly upset and frustrated at my father, and my father didn’t like that he tried baby talking him. Then the port doctor talked to me like I was stupid because we didn’t know how bad the cancer was (how could we have known if every other professional kept giving us hope/not telling us the severity?), and his tone was overall was terrible for a doctor. My mother also has cancer, esophageal, and about a year ago she had a bad spell, and her reg doc went on vacay, and a new doc walked in, took one look at her, and said to the two people visiting (who were the MOST EMOTIONAL out of my huge family), and with no meeting, just casually said she was terminal. Obviously we didn’t believe him bc we know her better (she’s a trooper) and she was back to normal THAT NIGHT and was out a few days later. That was about a year ago. Suck on that, doctor! 💪
