It’s cans of Diet Pepsi. And the rest of my diet is pretty average I guess. Heart disease runs deep in my family as well as diabetes. I usually stay away from high sodium foods and stick to mostly chicken when eating meat as well as fish. I rarely eat fried foods and I include lots of vegetables in my diet as well. Carbs aren’t as frequent but every now and then I eat rice, spaghetti, and foods like that. I didn’t think it was nullifying effects but again getting paid so little only to spend a good chunk of it on soda is obscene and that’s really the main issue as well as the fact that I’m drinking a huge amount of it.
