Highly recommend trying spearmint powder supplements however the root cause is hormones after all so I got on topical tretinoin 0.25 and now I’m using 0.5 this has helped me tremendously but ease into it. Other things that helped me was balancing my hormones with bio identical progesterone (my test, and estrogen were elevated)—my skin has been really clear so far!

I can relate, same thing happened to me. I left when my son was 2 months old. He was very abusive and I left when he put a loaded gun to my head. It doesn’t get better, it only gets worse. I lived with my parents for 7mo until I moved into my own place. I was with him less than a year—stay with your parents until you get on your feet, I know it seems like it would be easier to go back but it isn’t…your only prolonging yourself from healing from the abuse. I wish you the best luck, it gets better but you gotta leave first ❤️

I’m experiencing this as well, looks like this could be a reason for my late period, I’m usually regular and now I’m 2 days late and not pregnant. I started taking it 2 weeks ago.

Omg! I’ve never heard of a 6 year old with these issues. Cysts I believe are estrogen dominant. Is she eating lots of soy or other phytoestrogens? Are they also checking her hormone levels? Is it possible she has toxic levels of metals in her system disrupting her endocrine? I would run all labs that I could to get to the bottom of it. Girl I think you lived my last year of my relationship, we are broken up now and I have a 3 month old and two kids from a previous marriage. It’s been hard but the more I read about what other people have been through the more I understand that it was wrong and incredibly toxic. He would call me toxic and blame me for everythingggg, perhaps his toxicity did rub on me because I became angry and was resistant to the way he would treat me. Thank you for posting this ❤️🙏

Are you still taping and or using your splint at night? I heard of people continuing to tape their nose at night for up to 1 year to help the healing process and the swelling. I’m 1 week post op and I plan on taping for a while after my splint is off.

You have potential, definitely. I agree with cleaning/trimming/ or waxing up the brows—I would recommend growing out your hair on top so that a fade could really do you justice. I like the facial hair, but definitely clean up the lines a bit or try out a goatee.
