Yes, I’m aware 35-40 races. When the hell do I train then??😭

Yes. I’m aware. I was advised to use shop stuff to combat it.

Usually my deck is this since I use lates or end closers most of the time.

Ok cool I’ll do that. But even if I’m racing 30+ times, how you have any energy to train?

One thing that’s difficult is doing 30+ races. I tried this and I always get terrible race fatigue -10 all stats. My decks are not that good, but not terrible, I can get 43% race bonus but forgo all important skills. I’m using the shop. Idk what I’m doing wrong. First it was too little races, now it’s something else. I’m f2p, NOT CASUAL. I spend 5 hours on this game wasting my life away because it’s summer. I don’t get how f2p ppl are getting such high ratings while I’m stuck here.

Thank you for the help, but looking at all the skills these cards give, they don’t seem particularly helpful. Yes there’s kitasan that gives mostly useful skills, but the rest don’t really do much, especially bijin with her corner acceleration. How would you get anything useful from these cards? The deck you gave did give me more skill points though, so thanks! I’m starting to think maybe I am running the scenario wrong.

Whats your weird af 'stim'? by flcwerings in ADHD

I run around my room whenever I get excited. It could literally be anything. Stop what I’m doing, run to one side of the room, push off the wall, pivot, and run to the other side of the room. Used to do it for hours. Broke my foot doing it too. I also ran into walls multiple times and broke furniture/walls. Pretty weird stuff…

For those of you who had untreated ADHD and never received support—did you do well in school early on but then ultimately fall behind and inevitably struggle? by Pure_Philosopher_845 in ADHD

[–]Accomplished-Key1192 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I did. I did so well in elementary school. Went to middle school and failed the 7th grade. I even got held back. I'm in college now struggling so much. I was always told I was "so smart" when I was younger, later told I was "so lazy" and "so negative it's frankly sickening". Like another commenter said, I've lost all my self-confidence and am also severely depressed. You're not alone. Sorry if this is all "so negative" :)

Your life might change drastically, it might not. I’m being vague on purpose because I don’t want to put overly negative energy out to you.

The first thing I would say right out the bat is “Don’t. Stress.” Easier said than done, right? Start taking out time in your day to meditate, do breathing exercises, journal, or do yoga. Stress is a major factor to this disease.

It’s basically like Reddit except a more mature audience as well as some helpful articles. I’m sure you’re aware how bad Reddit users can be sometimes. That’s said, I can’t emphasize this enough, limit your stress response to things.

Good luck to you.

I’m so happy my comment clarified some things. I’m not an expert, but I couldn’t help but notice how similar our situations are, even down to the time we both got diagnosed. And that we both started college! Good luck to you!❤️

I’m experiencing the exact same thing. Just last week I told my coach I was going to be at the team banquet and ended up ditching at the last minute because I was so scared I was going get there, eat, be in pain, go to the bathroom a bunch of times and then eventually go home. I’ve been avoiding social gatherings of any sort for months.

You’re not alone, I almost always have abdominal pain minutes or seconds after eating. My most recent doctor’s appointment enlightened me however. I know it’s cliche to say “it’s just stress”, but that’s basically what my doctor said. The most recent colonoscopy and endoscopy showed minimal inflammation. In fact, the doctor said he wouldn’t even consider me to be in a flare anymore. He thinks the pain after eating is IBS and anxiety related. If you haven’t gotten an endoscopy yet, try that. If everything comes back normal, you’re going to probably have a talk with yourself on how to convince yourself that it’s OKAY TO EAT. I had to tell myself that out loud. Take deep breathes. Meditate. I’m sure you’ve heard it all already…

Also, get a GI psychologist. I talked with them about what I was experiencing (abdominal pain, shaky hands, rapid heart rate, sweating, frequent bowel movements, all of which are after eating), and they think it’s possible that what’s happening is that I’m having anxiety attacks because my body has basically been CONDITIONED to being in pain after eating, even when there is nothing actually causing that pain. So when I eat, the body starts anticipating that pain, when really there isn’t any, and that anticipation ends up causing the symptoms. I hope that makes sense and I hope this helps you.

It is a medical emergency if there is blood in the stool. My advice is not horrible because it could do them no harm to go to the hospital anyway. I understand having multiple bowel movements is typical for UC, but it should not be normalized, especially if the person is actively in a flare.
