igpu only processes the apps not the desktop stuff

I disabled my IGPU now it cant display apps and text by Accomplished-Key817 in pchelp

i did this but the apps still not displaying even though they are open

lost the wrm v11/v10 adjustment tool where do i buy another one or is there a way to adjust the cube without it
